All services at Glam Spa are by appointment.
A cell phone number and form of payment are required when scheduling an appointment at Glam Spa. The credit card information is strictly for reserving the appointment. When you come in to receive your treatment, you may pay by cash, check, or credit card.

What is your cancellation and rebooking policy?
Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

Preserving the SPA Environment
Cell phones of every kind, tablets, cameras and high volume conversations are asked to be turned off or on low volume. Any phone call conversations are requested to be taken outside.

You may leave gratuities if you wish in the form of cash, check, or venmo. Gratuities cannot be charged on credit cards.

How early should I arrive?
We suggest you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time for a complimentary consultation and acclimate to the spa environment. A late arrival to any appointment will result in an abbreviated treatment and full price will be charged.

How to prepare for your consultation:

We’ll want to know anything and everything that goes on your skin, so make a list of your product names and brands.
Skincare is often best left to professionals, so although you might be interested in a specific service, we’ll recommend treatments that will work well with your skin.
